Why Freshly Milled Flour?
Flour is no longer made for health but for the shelf. Industrialized mills use efficient high-speed steel rollers to produce shelf-stable flour in bulk, destroying much of the vitamins and minerals in the process. Ultimately, modern wheat and modern milling methods accommodate an extended supply chain so that your flour can sit in a warehouse, on a shelf, and in your cupboards for an unnaturally long time but at the detriment of our health.
Freshly Milled Flour Contains 40 of the 44 essential nutrients for life - or 91% of the nutrients our bodies need for survival
Elevated nutrition
Disease fighting antioxidants
Many who are gluten sensitive CAN tolerate freshly milled products since the only gluten present is naturally occuring.

I currently offer 3 ways to purchase freshly milled bread products:
1. I offer pre-orders for pick up direct from my home. I offer a custom menu each week that highlights different freshly milled products so please take a look at my weekly pre-order to see what is available!
2. I offer a monthly “Sandwich Loaf Subscription” for organic, classic loaves for pick up on Wednesdays. Please inquire with me for the upcoming month if I have openings as this is limited availability.
3. I do a weekly drop at my FAVORITE coffee shop in town- Cappuccino & Company. You can find my artisan loaves on FRIDAYS at their shop! Grab a coffee & a loaf to start your weekend off!
