Industrialized mills use efficient high-speed steel rollers to produce shelf-stable flour in bulk, destroying much of the vitamins and minerals in the process.   • I am so grateful to have access to freshly milled bread. Over a year ago, my husband had colon cancer surgery and 6 months of chemo. Dietary changes were advised by the oncologist. One of the biggest changes was no white bread; only whole grains. We tried even the most expensive whole grain breads at the grocery store - but most still contain so many preservatives, had a terrible texture and my husband just would not eat them.     1.  I offer pre-orders on a weekly drop at my FAVORITE coffee shop in town- Cappuccino & Company in Scottsbluff or Indulgence Salon in Gering. I will offer a custom menu each week that highlights different freshly milled products so please take a look at my weekly pre-order to see what will be available! Make sure to sign up so you never miss a drop!

    2.  I offer a monthly “Sandwich Loaf Subscription” for organic, classic loaves. Please inquire with me for the upcoming month if I have openings as this is limited availability.
